3. Missed the best cornering line.
The basic purpose of cornering is: from the beginning of the direction (entering the corner) to the exit of the corner is a smooth and large arc, the larger the arc, the better, and the top of the arc should be cut to APEX.
For general karts (please don't tell me that general karts are full throttle cornering, can that be called a kart, that is called a child's car Well, the throttle is not like a game console, either 0 or 1. The throttle can be adjusted linearly, especially when the speed is fast, it is difficult for you to accurately control the braking point and braking distance every time you turn.)
A. Assuming that you are entering the corner quickly, then don't rush to the direction of APEX, rather continue to slow down for a while and then take a larger U in the direction, and try not to rush into the corner in order to take the ideal route. The result is to struggle to brake in the corner, push the head lightly (understeer), and turn out of the track to be a lawn mower. At the same time, tell yourself to brake 0.5 seconds earlier in this corner next time;
B. Suppose you enter the corner too fast, you can only apply some brakes. This is actually a mistake, and to some extent, it is "saving the car";
C. Assuming you are a little slow to enter the corner, it doesn't matter, don't rush to the throttle, the price of full throttle is a beautiful U-turn in place. At the same time, tell yourself that next time you are here, you can brake 0.5 seconds later;
Each turn is adjusted between A and C until you are completely comfortable with the turn.
The problem of cutting and bending:
This is what I said before, why go-karts are different from other cars. Generally, don't go on the shoulder if you can. We are not driving F1, and go-karts do not have "suspension". If you have a big throttle or heavy brakes at this time, it is easy to lose control. Besides, we are entertaining. Braking strength problem:
In principle, it is to step on the brakes with one foot to the end, but it is limited to not stepping on a waltz. (Some high-horsepower cars braking hard will directly slide sideways, blood lesson, but I don't actually understand the principle. I guess it is because the brake disc is not located in the middle of the rear axle, but at 1/3 of the axle, which is questionable.)
The reason why you try to step on the bottom is because if you calculate the braking point correctly, that is, under the ideal situation, you don't waste time on the straight ahead, and you don't waste time on the cornering process, so in theory, the shorter the braking time, the better. The stronger the braking force, the better. So in an ideal situation, the brakes are either pressed to the bottom or not, which is completely different from the accelerator that needs to be controlled by the degree of opening and closing.
Brake speed:
The braking speed is affected by your last corner. The kart does not have a speedometer, and even if there is a speedometer, you do not have time to look at it. You cannot control it, and you do not need to control it. The key is to find the braking point.
